Additional Information and Tips

for Private Parties

Additional Guests: Additional guests are welcome for $5.00 per person.

Items included: Each BASIC package includes: invitations, admission, regular or inline skate rental and party tables for the birthday child and 29 guests for 90 minutes with complete table settings, balloon bouquets for each table, 4 pitchers of soft drinks, one ice cream cup per child, and one free pass for the birthday child to come back to skate again.
Each PREMIERE package includes everything the basic package includes, plus: unlimited drinks, skate rental and party table use for the birthday child and 39 guests for 2 hours, a free skating pass for each party attendee, and a novelty item for each attendee.

Arrival: Your party host/hostess will be here at least 30 minutes prior to your party time to set up your party tables and be able to greet your guests when they arrive. The party parents are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early. Upon your arrival, you may take your cake to the snack bar. A party host/hostess will then assist you with your party preparations. As your guests arrive, we will check them in.

Food: A birthday cake or cookies or cupcakes are allowed for registered parties only. The Skatium does not provide this. No other outside food or drinks are allowed at any time. The Skatium will provide one ice cream cup per child and 4 pitchers of soft drinks. Additional items may be purchased and included on your final bill. These items include: additional soft drink pitchers $3.00, large one-topping pizzas $10.00, hot dogs $1.00, corndogs $1.00, and nachos $1.50. If you know in advance that you will desire additional food, please let us know when you reserve your party. Otherwise, please inform your host/hostess if any extras are needed.

Settling Your Bill: At the end of your party table reservation, your host/hostess will present you with your bill for any additional items or guests, along with the birthday child's free pass. Please settle the bill at this time with your host/hostess. Tips are welcomed and appreciated.
